    1. Hey Mauro! Thanks for your comment. And you’re right — some people in Australia do acquire HIV and STIs. If by ‘old school safe sex’ you mean using condoms, that’s great! Using a condom every time you have sex is an excellent way to help prevent against HIV and STIs. Though condoms can’t always protect against every STI every time, especially if they’re not used for oral sex, so it’s best to get tested frequently too.
